Tasta Gandia 2025: a feast by the Mediterranean
From June 5 to 8, the Moll dels Borja in Gandia will host Tasta Gandia 2025, the third edition of the city’s premier food festival. Set against the sparkling Mediterranean, this free event brings together showcookings, tastings and live entertainment in a vibrant seaside atmosphere. Whether you’re a foodie, a culture lover or simply looking for summer fun, Tasta Gandia has something for everyone.
Live showcookings: tips from top chefs
Every evening, the main stage will buzz with culinary demos led by celebrated Valencian chefs:
- Thursday 5, 19:00 – Opening showcooking featuring local seasonal produce and traditional recipes with a modern twist.
- Friday 6, 21:00 – “Four-hand dinner” by Evarist Miralles and Casa José, blending classic techniques with avant-garde flair.
- Saturday 7, 18:00 & 21:00 – Street food creations by Chema Soler, followed by a sweet interlude with Cafés Climent.
- Sunday 8, 12:00 – Brunch demo with La Delicà and La Cuina de Karlos Escoto, the perfect way to start a summer morning.

Tastings: wine, gin and more
For connoisseurs and curious tasters alike, a series of guided sessions will explore local and craft beverages:
- Wine tastings with Rafael Cambra and Arraez wineries (Fri 6 at 20:00; Sat 7 at 13:00).
- Gin tasting by Gin Roders from La Clandestileria (Sat 7 at 20:00).
- Vermouth & craft beer sampling with 4 Xavos (Sun 8 at 13:00).

Live music and festive vibes
As the sun sets, the festival turns up the tempo:
- Friday 6, 22:00 – Alex Martínez & Luis el Belga.
- Saturday 7, 22:00 – Astro Labios; midnight set by Zypyy Zappers.
- Sunday 8, 14:00 & 17:00 – Sonakay’s “Los Rumberos” and “No Presentados.”
A DJ set will close each night, keeping the party going under the stars. Throughout the day, food trucks and a local producers’ market invite you to taste even more regional specialties.
